I keep thinking about her 13 year old son. He's now lost both parents...both public figures. My heart breaks for him. I hope the extended family surrounds, cherishes and protects him.

How blessed he was to have had two seemingly extraordinary parents. He'll survive, we all survive...and we take and we learn and we grow and we embrace every moment we have on the planet.
